What is this role like?

In this role you'll work closely with our clients in a consultative role, providing business-driven insights and expertise across digital commerce projects. Your work will be crucial in understanding the client’s strategic context — including their opportunities, challenges, business processes, and stakeholders — and translating business needs into actionable digital strategies and solutions. You’ll work tightly with the Design and Development team to ensure every solution we build is tightly aligned with business goals and delivers real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct research and synthesize insights that inform strategic decision-making and solution design.
• Map out business drivers, operating models, and business processes.
• Translate business needs into concrete business requirements for digital solutions.
• Plan and facilitate co-creation workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, design, and technology.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding them through decision-making.
• Create impactful materials that drive strategic outcomes.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts by bringing subject matter expertise.

We’re looking for someone who has already graduated and brings at least a couple of years of experience in a related role, whether from a specialist or consulting background. You don’t need to be the complete package yet, what matters most is your drive to grow, your curiosity to understand how business and technology intersect, and your motivation to build expertise in digital commerce and business design.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a specialist or consulting role, ideally in a digital context
• The ability to create impactful presentation materials that support decision-making
• A track record of delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in both Finnish and English
• The ability to engage confidently and effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels

Extra points if you have:

• Experience with digital commerce platforms or systems
• Background in management consulting or digital strategy work
• Skills in business case creation, roadmap planning, or working with data and KPIs
• Experience with process modeling or value stream mapping
• Familiarity with design thinking process and running co-creation workshops
