As a Senior Consultant at IONA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' digital businesses. You will be responsible for formulating innovative digital business concepts, providing essential materials such as architectural descriptions, blueprints, and business cases, and leading transformative initiatives in collaboration with our clients and the IONA team. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients make informed investment decisions and achieving their digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. Formulate creative and forward-thinking digital business concepts that align with their strategic goals and objectives.
• Architectural Design: Create comprehensive architectural descriptions and blueprints that outline the technical solutions required to realize the digital business concepts. Ensure that the proposed solutions are scalable, efficient, and at par with industry best practices.
• Business Case Development: Develop robust business cases that justify investments in digital transformation initiatives. These cases should encompass ROI analysis, risk assessments, and key performance indicators.
• Client Engagement Leadership: Lead client engagements from inception to successful implementation. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance throughout the transformation journey.
• Transformation Initiatives: Work closely with both client teams and IONA's internal teams to lead and drive projects. Ensure that projects are executed in line with architectural plans and business cases.

• Client Engagement Management: Proven track record in successfully managing client engagements, from initial discussions to project completion.
